Stage one of our development saw more than a hundred offers sent to the developers within a week of release at the end of February 2022. Stage two finished by the end of May 2023. Now we are ready for another successful release for stage three.

Securing your lot now allows you to purchase in the current market and capitalise on your gains when settlement comes in 12 – 18 months.

We generally do not accept any changes or amendments to our clauses except for the sunset clause being extended. That means you can request the sunset date to be extended further.
